Orders ship from the United States within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Is shipping free?
US orders over $49 ship free. Orders under $49 pay a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

How do I clean the plates?
Unplug the appliance and let it cool. Wipe the plates with a damp cloth or soft sponge. Never immerse the unit in water.
