Refund policy

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, contact us at sales@usaaron.com or WhatsApp +1 626-879-7272 with your order number. We will send return instructions.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
